Alexander Noffsinger Kamp
About me
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Alexander Noffsinger-Kamp. I am currently a student at SJSU with an associates degree in Film/TV animation. There I'm persuing a BFA in Digital Media Art, working towards my goal to become an animator and video game designer. I'm familiar with the adobe suite, Maya/Blender, Unity, several animation programs, and a handful of coding languages. This page was coded by me using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
In my free time I like to work on personal projects, try out new games, and host Dungeons and Dragons. I'm very passionate about video games and digital art, and I'm excited to apply my passions into my career.
Meowlodrama
Meowlodrama is the story of over dramatic cat seeking it's owners attention. This is an animation project that was done in 2022 at DeAnza college for my Film/Tv Animation production project. Demonstartion of all stanges of animation roduction. Made in OpenToonz and Premire Pro.
Self Playing Video game
Demonstartion of a potetnial platformer video game. Animation project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made in After Effects with assets Made in Clip Studio Paint and Adobe Animate.
After Effects Primer
A simple pendulum animation, first time animation in Adobe After Effects. Animation project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made in After Effects with assets Made in Clip Studio Paint.
Sticker Project
A vector still life paiting of my favorite blue water bottle, mock up for a potential sticker. Animation project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made entirely in Illustrator.
Creative Coding Project
A portrait of an animated robot coded in Javascript. The idea is a self trimming bonzai robot, who robotic claw constanly clips leaves off the tree above it. The code selects a random position on an 180 degree curve, and then rotates the claw to that postion before reapeating. The eye of the robot blinks and changes position at an interval. Animation project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made entirely in JavaScript using the site p5js.
Javascript Primer Project
A simple composition and animation project coded in Javascript. A spinning roulettle wheel, created using a loop that rotates the whole compostion around the center to repeated draw the red and black triangles, then draws the rest of the deatils overtop. Rotates by simpling rotating the composition each frame. Animation project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made entirely in JavaScript using the site p5js.
Pinterest Painting
A mash-up collage project made to mimic shattered glass, as if one pane had shattered into several differnt maps of the world. Art project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made using Photoshop.
AI Typology Project
Based of the concept of typologies, using AI to create a grid of similar images meant to resemble photographs. I used AI to generate images of "Trainbombing", the practice of tagging the side of a train with graffitti. Art project done in 2024 for Art 74 at San Jose State University. Made using get getimg.ai and Photoshop.
